Thank you for visiting my site!I hope you enjoy looking at my work as much as I enjoy creating them. Visual art and creating visual content is something I've always love; whether if it's arts and craft, drawing, painting, graphic design or photography, but never thought I would have the opportunity change some of my hobbies into a career. When I was younger, I've always took pictures, whether it’s the flowers, sunset, family members; or sometimes I just get bored and I start drawing different colorful abstract designs. Later, I began to transfer what I drew on paper to the computer to create Digital Art work. I love typography. It is very intriguing to me. I enjoy looking at different type of fonts to create a variety of patterns, colors and abstract design with them. One thing for sure, I have always had a camera in one hand and a pencil and paper in the other.  People always say Shaniell you are so “Creative”...after hearing that so many times, I knew there was more for me.

 

After high school, I attended the Art Institute of Washington for a while.After having kids and getting married, I found myself taking more and more pictures, especially of my Children. I learned from experience that children grow up too fast, and I love capturing these precious moments.I decided to finish up school and I received a degree in Photography and Film. Later, I received a degree in Visual Communication Specialization, as a Graphic Designer.

 I wanted to be able to create those memories and also create that vision at the same time...and at that point I decided to take my love of photography and graphic design to a whole new level, which is how Shaniell Owens Visual Creations  “SO VISUAL CREATIONS” was started!

 As far as “Shaniell”….I am a mother of two wonderful girls, and one son.I am married to my the love of my life. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My family and God have helped shape me into the person I am today-
