Each 360 Experience package comes with On-Site Attendants - Setup/Breakdown - Unlimited Videos - Personalized Overlay - One background music -Props - Sharing Station - Studio LED Lights- Red Carpet With Stanchions - Up to 3-4 Person Platform
A Minimum of 2 hours is required for booking.Client must submit a non-refundable deposit of $100 due once booking is confirmed, which would go towards balance. Final payment is due 48 hrs before the event.
10'x10' is the required minimum space. We recommend 12'x12' if possible. This is to ensure we have enough room for the arm of 360 to spin around. If you don't have the adequate space, please don't book.
SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC Rental Agreement
Please read carefully.
Agreement between Client (Billed Party) and SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC.
PAYMENTS: Will send invoice and link for payment once booking is confirmed.
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due when booking is confirm to secure your date and time. You may request a one-time transfer of your deposit to another date (based on availability). Please note that changes must be requested at least 14 days prior to your event.
FULL PAYMENT: Any events booked 2 days or less will require full payment which includes the $100 deposit.
FINAL PAYMENT: No late payments are accepted. Final payments must be made at least 2 days prior to your scheduled event. SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received. The $100 deposit will be forfeited to compensate for the date and time that was allocated to you.
ADDITIONAL TIME: Customer may request additional time to their purchased package at the rate of $100 per hour at the event. This request is subject to availability and approval.
CANCELLATION: Once a booking has been made, email your cancellation request to sovisualcreations@gmail.com with full name and event date.Your deposit is non-refundable.
TRAVEL FEE: A travel fee of $1 per mile will apply if the event is more than 45 miles from the zip code 23112
RENTING: All equipment and products are property of SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC and cannot be rented outside of this agreement. Your event will be canceled if any attempt has been made to charge an individual to spin or utilize the photo booth. All payments made will be forfeited and retained by SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC
ACCESSIBILITY: Customer will provide adequate space for the photo booth setup at the venue. We require the space for the photo booth setup to be at least 10’ X 10’. We recommend 12'x12' if possible. This setups must be on ground level unless an elevator is available.

LOSS AND DAMAGE: SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC assumes no responsibility for ANY damage or loss of Customer’s or attendee's merchandise, equipment, furniture, clothing or other valuables prior to, during or after the event. Customer will be responsible for any damaged and/or broken event equipment. This includes damages that may have occurred by attendees of the event. Damages may include spills, drops, or knock overs.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: Without limitation, SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC is not liable or responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience. Customer assumes all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. Customer agrees to accept liability on behalf of all attendees. Customer is liable for loss and damages in the event of theft or willful or negligent behavior.
INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless from and against any claims, actions, suits, demands, penalties, judgments, damages, liabilities, fines, costs or expenses, arising out of the rental of and use of the photo booth by SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC on the premises by customer or any of Customer’s guests or invitees or invitees of the customers.
PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC reserves the right to use all photos or videos for marketing purposes.

COVID NOTICE: I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I further acknowledge that SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others.
KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION FOR CUSTOMER: I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC and agree on my own free will. By signing, I agree to these Terms & Conditions and SO Visual Creations 360 Photo Booth LLC Release from Liability and Assumption of Risk for myself and each attendee of my event.
